In 2009, Paragon Force, Inc. was founded by Sherri Davis who leads the daily operations and management. Ms. Davis’ expertise is in business strategy, human capital, and client relations. Sherri strives to have a direct social management style to increase employee retention, learning, effort, and innovation. Her passion is evident in the culture that’s been created and cultivated at Paragon Force.
Sherri has been an entrepreneur since the 1990’s and received her first government contract in 1996. In 2020, Ms. Davis was awarded the U.S. Small Business Administration, Small Business Person of the Year Award. This is the highest honor awarded by the SBA in the State of Indiana.
Paragon is classified as a Woman Owned Small Business, SBA HUBZone Certified, and a Small Disadvantaged Business.
